***** Man ki Baath ****** (Voice of the Heart)

Delightfully yours.....Suren again on a consequent day which is a rare feat by itself !!

Needless to say, I got little buoyant seeing the first news that hit my eyes in the newspaper about the PM's speech  @ ALL INDIA RADIO yesterday in the above title. 

Contrary to the expectations that he might go on and on for an hour or so (who dares to ask the PM on how long he will speak ? huh ?) , it seems he abruptly closed in 15 minutes. The most important thing is that he has promised the listeners that he will reach out to the masses with similar speeches every month at 11 AM on sundays - if not monthly, definitely fortnightly.

It was a sweet paradox that I had bragged at AGANDAM yesterday on taking up a new initiative ("a small craving of heart".....in precise words - does it match the title of our beloved PM's speech). Whether the readers of agandam saw my piece which is after quite some time (I did get a considerable amount of hits - should admit that), the PM has heard my inner voice (mera Man ki Baath).

As I had recently asserted in one of my recent posts ("RUDRAM"), this PM is DIFFERENT not just because of my expectations about his conduct but more out of his fairness to reach out people. The rest of 4 1/2 years, I might not go on assessing him but this simple (but profound) initiative is enough to keep admiring about him.

I will try his next speech though I know it will be in chaste Hindi. I am sure to understand what he is going to speak - since language just limits itself as a means of communication when the hearts speak to each other......I pray for his good health and continued vigour.
