Mundane Matters -7 :: Airtel Super Singer - Grand Finale

Dear All

Majority of people almost guarantee a bleak future ahead - for entire humanity (perhaps they just extrapolate future based on current realities).
Lot of people consider that values of yester generations has receded substantially.
Leave aside these people, most of the people have lost the ability for a hearty laugh, sweet smile or having moist eyes on sighting something that elevates them.

I am not a typical optimist who swears that every thing is picture perfect and proudly (illogically?) proclaim that ALL IS WELL.
Have you not observed this ?
In particular so called "God Fearing" people (I think Gods get dreadful when they look at this kind of people) have an aptitude to convert every thing to positive things and go to the extend of arguing that things will change (which means they - in a way - belong to first category because they accept things are bad as such....huh ?).
For them every thing that happens is God's "Leela".

YES, I too vociferous claim that every thing is God's Leela.
But its absolute insanity to maintain two category of extreme stances -
First, there is nothing bad, all are perfect to the core;
Second, admitting that there are bad elements but things will change.

I am not the one who will get duped that in the future (at least the near future) things will " change" !
It is just perfect to have Almighty's leela by understanding that it is bound to have imperfections.
In other words, having imperfections is a part and parcel of the grand eternal game !
There is really no logic to have even a glimpse of thought that things will change - on the contrary, things will REMAIN as it is and as it was.

Now this bragging is not about any philosophy but the verbalization of my abstract thoughts as I was watching Vijay TV's Singing competition show last night - the final contest. Particularly moved with "vidai kodu engal naadae" song (I was weeping more than Mr.Manicka Vinayagam who had originally rendered the song), I was equally touched by S.Janaki's simple but profound act of spontaneity in appreciating a deserving contestant.

Now comes the closure of this post ?
How -at all - I can bring this post as "mundane" matters ?
TV is considered to be an IDIOT box or a mundane object by few people, right ? If only, they chose and watch specific programs, Television can become a great possibility of becoming a philosopher.

This is an extempore post and I had not planned any thing yesterday about writing this today and this single post will stand as a proof for this fact....

Love / Suren
