Dear All
Love // Suren
ps :- Lavanya, So I brought AGANDAM into the post once again.... Yeaaaah......!!!!
There were few ripples of thought during the past fortnight that has paved way for this post. In different circumstances & varying contexts, I found similarity in the way I was addressing it (yeah....as in the title !!!). So......here I go
The past 2 weeks had been bit hectic at official front and I was calculating every single minute that I spending (Commerce students can recall "time study" and "motion study" was it Fredrick Taylor ? or Henry Fayol ? I forgot). But at the same time, I have been bit ruthless about my personal priorities and had not compromised on things that I wanted to do... (of course, could not write any thing in my blog...but that's just ONE blot).
I was realizing that Time Management is most crucial only for this phase of life - I mean - after we turn 40.

There was also a situation when I had to see a (not recent one, relatively recent) tamil film during a out of station - trip with my close relatives. The film was sort of action kind - acted (?) by Sivaaji's grandson (Arima Nambi). Though I was bit thrilled initially at the sparking intelligence in the story line, I found myself bit alienated by the repeated demonstration of brain again and again in the story. Think I should have avoided telling it explicitly in the Van where people were watching the film with lot more focus than me... (and the beauty is that many were seeing it for the second time).
There was a possibility of spitting some venom during the discussion, but then, I subdued a little bit....yeah I am 40 already !!! Time to get mellowed down, right ?? It is better to carefully choose the film instead of getting into unpleasant situations......!
Last but not least, there is a grand re-unionizing of my mates during school days and its lot of giggles and laughter in Whatsup and FB. Fortunately, since I am not in Whatsup....(you know, with me never satiated hunger to respond back with quickies !!), but I am looking at FB almost daily these days and grand old memories are getting revived up.
It is really good to have this line of Time Management thinking - is intruding in these interactions too.
So, for those who are younger than me, pull your sleeves up for the inevitable choices that you will be making about how each day need to be "well"-spent.....!!
For those who want to retort back "why are you are thinking so much...why don't you just have fun & enjoy life ?"
My simple and straight response is ...
" Fun and enjoyment are too subjective. One needs to define it for himself ".
" Fun and enjoyment are too subjective. One needs to define it for himself ".
