3Gs of spiritual life - A God, God Man & The Guru

Dear All

Had been to PARIKKAL yesterday with Anoo along with sister's family. This was my third visit to this temple in past 4 - 5 months but unique in its own way. First time, driving the car myself with couple of others, second time - on my own in a public bus....and now, this time, sitting merrily in the nice a/c car of my Attimber who was speeding at 110 KMPH in NH40.

Well, It might sound like a paradox that I had written about my latest discovery of the 3 G's first as I was blessed to stumble upon my Guru 18 years back. Though I am not too rigorous on the practices Sadhguru taught me during the Yoga Class these days (at the same time - not out of it completely too !!) , he still spills himself out of me as I picked up his verbatim, spontaneity and also almost hear his deep sounding laughter even now though...  its more than two years I have reached out for a direct Sathsangh / Class held by him.

The God Man arrived bit later - but still quite long back when I see from today - during 2004. 

Shirdi Baba entered my life without offering me any choice and continues to entice me with his pranks of making his presence felt.....and reminding me that he is still available to me - just in case.....!!

I have used the article "a" for God mainly because there is abundant choice available in our culture and seemingly we have a lot of choice making. 

But then, as I had written earlier too in this blog, ISHTA DHEYVAM happens only by unexplainable choice making of the deities themselves and we - humble souls- are always at receiving end.

Now let me come to an important question....Does one need a rep in each of the above category ? 

My answer is a BIG YES and a much LOUDER NO.

YES, because - it is unreasonable for us to seek stupid practical things from a Guru - who is meant to be some thing else !! 

A God Man is more a friend and helps us in bit more practical matters. In a way, he does not force us for a complete surrender but I have seen it personally that he gives a hint on how to handle things; The GOD is some one we learn to surrender meekly without any craving or questions on practical matters. 

I in fact feel GOD is pole apart from the Guru who helps the seekers to evolve into God themselves - I mean, if they are enough qualified and sincere enough.....!!

NO....because, I do realize that there is a vast number of people who will ridicule the previous para and call me an idiot because ... it is possible that one of the 3 Gs is capable of offering every thing for them. 

To compartmentalize spiritual aspect of life might be seen as childish.....

Yeah....@ AGANDAM, there are always unlimited opportunities......; 

This is just to vent out my feelings not to show my case or challenge any body.... (Some one recently made a quirk comment during a general chat that "perhaps I want to show people that I am different".....!! )

What do I do if I am essentially different from them - Hide in a corner.....Huh ?)
