My latest poem - 2 ::: "Rebirth"

Dear All
I am sure every one can relate to this poem at least for few of the proud moments in life.
Needless to say, I wrote this on a day which had more than one wonderful things happening and I had no other choice other than to write this poem to put it on record for me ...and for others too.
After all, a poem is never an invention of one individual. It is just a discovery of a truth which any one who reads can relate himself too....!! I particularly am quite happy about the choice of the most simple words in this poem....which came uninvited thru' my pen....!!
Enzzzzzoy !!!!!

  1. Dear Suchoo,

    You have touched upon two things - "uyirpudan vazhdhal" and "rebirth". Yours is a good poem underlining the "blissful" moments that makes you seek for "marumai".

    "Uyirpudan Vazhdhal" - I have nothing to say. But, when it comes to the second topic - "rebirth" - I have few doubts on the whole subject. Please note that I am not seeking clarification or questioning your poem in any way. I am just "thinking aloud" on the subject -

    Would I prefer a re-birth??

    How can I ask for something, when I do not know anything about the other options that will be offered??

    How do I know which is best ?

    When I do not know which is best for me - what do I ask for ?

    Basically, such things are only offered to us on a "key hole - need to know basis" - We can see very less !! Such being the case, I, an "Aathigan", would rather prefer to leave it to Him to decide on what is good for me and what is to be given to me and for me. Well He knows best on what I "DESERVE" - right?
