******* "Jana Garvam" AKA Limelight ********

Prelude : I don't intend to get too active @ blogging as I can't allow that happening at this phase of life since my sleeping hours are really challenged

But then, this one comes with a compulsive urge....rather "need"....!!

Dear All

Writing spree , this craving for expression , has made me sleepless during earlier days.

A decade back - not sleeping for a whole night - was not out of any personal or health problem for me. It was just a normal phenomenon for me when ever I stumble upon some thing to write. <>

Naturally  - quite consistently - I never wrote when I was depressed but always have been a verbose when I was in upbeat mood or feeling triumphant about some thing....

At the same time, I was always aware that I never had a great deal of readership but very few but very committed. I even remember at least 3 of my earlier followers acknowledging me that they read all my prior posts (too) since they were sufficiently inspired to do so....!!

But then - with the attention span getting reduced in modern world, I am sure people don't follow same blog or listen to same music or read same book for a long time. So I won't be surprised if the regular readers moved on to their other interests.

So, on why I am writing this particular post now - that too , in quick succession of the earlier one ?

Its just that I got a new reader recently...!! 

Our culture - precisely the country's ancient language Sanskrit has a nice word called "Jana Garvam" which can connote  " Pride / Elation about People Support / having an audience". 

Can we give a quick word for it "limelight"  ?

I am sufficiently convinced that "Jana Garvam" is not the reason for this post.

I just felt that I should acknowledge...Nothing more Nothing less....

Also, I am smiling at what I wrote in my earlier post in a different context materializing itself in strange manner

If there are lingering thoughts if it is too belated, let me sincerely tell you it is never late - when some thing good happens to the eternity....either now or later or even never gets translated any thing positively in physical terms. Got it ??

Dear All

Having been given birth on a June 12th, I always carry a pride that I have two days (equi distant from each other) to celebrate for myself  - My own birthday and of course  Jan 1st....!!!

So I don't mind telling that I feel elated that today is a wonderful cusp of  "my" two dates...

(12th Jan - mere look is so pleasant for my eyes you know).

As I read thru' my new year message in the beginning of 2017 and few earlier years (I also remember I wrote a poem 12 years back on this topic - Puthaandu Sabatham - before my blogging adventures), I am feeling quite happy that it is quite a logical progression I moved to this stage of ...missing to post on such auspicious days - allowing myself to enjoy my own self.

Too much verbalization intoxicates and puts us into a vicious loop - isn't it ??

I might have written the below key message of this post in the very same blog some where earlier too...as I felt this quite a long time back and keep getting more assertive about it.

MOST OF US ARE NORMAL PEOPLE WITH AVERAGE LEVEL OF INTELLIGENCE, HEALTH , LOOKS, SKILLS, OPPORTUNITIES AND ANY THING ELSE.YOU WANT TO ADD UP TO THIS LIST. 

IF WE ARE DESTINED TO BE SUPER HUMAN / FAMOUS IN SOME ASPECT OF LIFE, LIFE REVEALS IT TO US BEFORE WE TURN 40...

(AT LEAST  FOR 99 % OF THE POPUATION. THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS LIKE OUR FORMER PM - PVN BUT THEN AT LEAST HE WAS IN SAME FIELD TO DESERVE THAT PROMOTION)

AS I REALIZED THIS CLEARLY, I STARTED DEDICATING MY LIFE AT "SMALL THINGS" OF LIFE AND NOT JUST ENJOYING THE "GREAT MOMENTS" THAT BEFALL BUT ALSO EARNESTLY WORK TOWARDS CREATING THEM - FOR OURSELVES AND PEOPLE WHO MATTER TO US.

yep....I re- read the above and it appears just perfect to my eyes and mind. Off late I have started generating "moments" quite casually and seeing very clearly how they get shaped up -almost with a invisible wand / hand  if we really focus on having those moments in our lives.

So, Guys ...don't wait for my last breath. What you see above in BOLD letters are my life and legacy.

As such I neither have any desire to create any monument for myself nor carry any worry about what needs to be engraved on it.
